What is Dragon Academy?

Dragon Academy is the online home for young adventurers ages 8-17 who are ready to build real friendships, grow in confidence, and discover the magic of Dungeons & Dragons.

Every week, kids join small groups led by trained, caring Dungeon Masters for live online D&D campaigns that are as educational as they are epic. Through collaborative storytelling, creative problem solving, and teamwork, your child isn't just playing a tabletop RPG — they're developing skills that last a lifetime.

Our online TTRPG classes specialize in making every child feel welcome from day one. Whether your kid is a seasoned DnD player or has never rolled a die, our Dungeon Masters know how to meet them exactly where they are. We're proudly neurodivergent friendly, with experienced DMs who understand how to create structured, supportive environments where every child can thrive.

Beyond Dungeons and Dragons we offer foreign language immersion through roleplay, coding, creative writing, mythology, and more — with new subjects and experiences added regularly as our academy grows. All taught by our diverse team of certified educators, healthcare practitioners, and passionate instructors from around the world.

With 7,000+ students served and 8,000+ classes taught, Dragon Academy's Dungeon Masters have guided young adventurers through live online D&D and TTRPG campaigns — and now we're bringing that proven experience directly to families through our own platform. Whether your child is brand new to tabletop role playing games or a veteran adventurer ready for their next campaign — come find your adventure.

"My son had a few months of D&D experience before starting. He's had a blast with this group and it has been such a good, safe outlet for him to play DnD with!

My daughter is shy and slow to warm up to others, but she really enjoys her D&D class. The teacher is a great listener and ensures that every kid gets heard. It's an excellent opportunity for her to have fun in a low-pressure environment.

My kid is very socially anxious but enjoys attending weekly. Seemed easy to jump right in with no prior DnD experience.

We bring over two decades of teaching experience and years of curriculum design to the Dragon Academy. At our forge of learning, this translates to clear expectations, purposeful quests, and discussions that remain thoughtful and respectful. Most importantly, I care about your young dragons as a scholar and as an individual. Please reach out if you have any questions about whether my classes are the right flight path for your teen.
